Volunteer Emergency Medical Services

City of Edna Bay EMS CommitteeThe City of Edna Bay supports a volunteer team of responders that operate in coordination with SEREMS (Southeast Regional Emergency Medical Services), the Troopers, the U.S. Coastguard and the Dept. of Homeland Security.

The EMS Committee works with the public to maintain local support equipment needs, hear concerns, provide training opportunities to volunteers, and offer Emergency support services to residents in need.

The EMS Chairman is Myla Poelstra.

EMS Committee meetings are held as needed.
